AMY GRUPO Reaches VND 7 Trillion in Revenue After a Decade
From a ceramic tile manufacturer established in 2015, AMY GRUPO has grown into one of Vietnam’s prominent building materials industrial groups, with net revenue in 2025 reaching nearly VND 7 trillion and an increasingly diversified product ecosystem.

In the context of the building materials industry being heavily influenced by real estate, construction, and interior consumption cycles, the growth story of AMY GRUPO is not solely reflected in its revenue scale. More notably, the company has gradually expanded from traditional ceramic tiles into higher value-added finishing materials such as porcelain tiles, large-format Big Slab tiles, SPC flooring, LVT flooring, hybrid flooring, wall panels, and glazed ceramic roof tiles.
Rapid Growth and Significant Improvement in Profitability
According to figures released by the company, the 2021–2025 period recorded remarkable growth for AMY GRUPO. Net revenue increased from VND 1.939 trillion in 2021 to VND 6.997 trillion in 2025, representing more than 3.6 times growth over five years.
The year 2024 marked a period of strong expansion, with revenue reaching VND 6.037 trillion, up 60.7% compared to the previous year. In 2025, revenue continued to rise to nearly VND 7 trillion, demonstrating that the company’s operational scale has entered a new stage of development.

Profit after tax attributable to shareholders of the parent company also increased from VND 94 billion in 2021 to VND 716.4 billion in 2025. In 2024 alone, after-tax profit reached VND 787 billion, up 179.1% compared to 2023.
Profitability indicators also showed significant improvement. ROAE increased from 16.5% in 2021 to 36.6% in 2025, peaking at 49.8% in 2024. ROAA rose from 4.7% in 2021 to 12.9% in 2025, with the highest level of 17.4% recorded in 2024.

For investors, these figures are particularly noteworthy. AMY GRUPO has not only expanded in scale but has also demonstrated its ability to improve capital and asset efficiency in an industry characterized by large investments, high fixed costs, and intense competition.
Large-Scale Manufacturing Foundation
The growth of AMY GRUPO is built upon a strong industrial manufacturing foundation.
According to the company’s profile, the total production capacity of AMY GRUPO exceeds 83 million square meters annually. Of this, the tile and roofing segment accounts for approximately 29 million square meters per year with 12 production lines; the SPC product segment reaches 45 million square meters annually with 25 production lines; while the LVT, Hybrid Flooring, and Wall Panel segment exceeds 9 million square meters annually with 11 production lines.
One notable aspect of AMY GRUPO’s product strategy is SPC flooring - a finishing material segment experiencing rapid global growth due to its durability, stability, water resistance, and ease of installation. This product group also holds strong potential in export markets, particularly amid rising demand for durable, easy-to-install materials aligned with renovation and modern living space trends.
Presence in Major Projects
In addition to expanding manufacturing and exports, AMY GRUPO has established a strong presence in the domestic market through a portfolio of projects across various segments, including shopping centers, luxury apartments, hotels, resorts, social housing, office buildings, and public works.
According to company records, AMY GRUPO has supplied products to more than 150 projects nationwide. The company is also a partner of major developers and contractors such as Coteccons, Unicons, Delta, Ricons, Newtecons, Ecoba, MIK Group, An Gia Group, Xuan Mai Corp, BRG Group, Muong Thanh, and Dat Xanh Group.
Notable projects using AMY products include Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi, Lumi Hanoi, Eco Green Saigon, Hoang Huy Commerce, Scenia Bay Nha Trang, and Hilton Ha Long.

Exports Creating Long-Term Growth Potential
AMY GRUPO is currently present in more than 30 countries and territories, with export markets including the United States, Europe, Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, Latin America, and Central Asia.
Its presence in demanding international markets indicates that the company has moved beyond the stage of serving only the domestic market. Export activities provide AMY GRUPO with greater long-term growth opportunities, reduce dependence on Vietnam’s real estate cycle, and elevate operational standards to meet international requirements.
A Building Materials Manufacturer Worth Watching
The first decade marked the foundation-building phase for AMY GRUPO. The next stage will revolve around managing growth, optimizing efficiency, strengthening R&D capabilities, standardizing operations, and enhancing international competitiveness.
Within the broader landscape of Vietnam’s building materials industry, AMY GRUPO is emerging as a Vietnamese brand with ambitions that extend beyond the traditional role of a manufacturer. It represents a journey from producing materials to creating comprehensive finishing solutions for living spaces - and this is precisely why the company deserves greater attention from the financial market in the years ahead.
