IPO AMY GRUPO - Key Information Every Investor Should Know
A Large-Scale IPO Laying the Foundation for a New Growth Phase
According to the offering plan, AMY GRUPO will issue 16.1 million shares at an offering price of VND 48,900 per share, with total expected proceeds of approximately VND 787 billion.
This IPO is more than simply a capital-raising exercise; it represents a strategic milestone that prepares the company for its next phase of development. In the building materials manufacturing industry, capital scale plays a vital role in expanding production capacity, upgrading technology, and strengthening long-term competitiveness.
From a financial perspective, AMY GRUPO achieved a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 37.8% in revenue during the 2021–2025 period, with 2025 revenue approaching VND 7 trillion. Its Return on Average Equity (ROAE) ranks among the highest of Vietnam's listed building materials companies.

If the period from 2015 to 2025 was dedicated to establishing a strong industrial foundation, 2026-2030 has been identified as the phase for expanding operations and enhancing competitive capabilities.
Under its five-year strategic plan, the company aims to generate more than VND 20 trillion in revenue by 2030, more than three times its current level, representing a projected compound annual growth rate of approximately 25.3%.
Understanding the Use of IPO Proceeds - A Key Driver of Long-Term Value
According to the published use-of-proceeds plan, the majority of the capital raised from the IPO will be allocated to repaying short-term borrowings and settling short-term trade payables. This will strengthen the company's financial structure while providing additional working capital to support manufacturing and business operations.
Speaking at the Investor Roadshow, Ms. Nguyen Thao Vy, Senior Manager of Research & Analysis at Vietcap, noted that for manufacturing companies, utilizing IPO proceeds to optimize the balance sheet and improve cash flow flexibility is a common strategy during expansion phases. She explained that reducing working capital pressure enables businesses to enhance operational efficiency and capitalize on future market opportunities more effectively.
More Than Manufacturing - A Comprehensive Finishing Materials Ecosystem
Unlike many manufacturers that focus on a single product category, AMY GRUPO is building a comprehensive finishing materials ecosystem serving both residential and commercial markets.
Sharing the company's development vision, Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan, Chief Executive Officer of AMY GRUPO, stated that the company does not position itself as a manufacturer centered on a single product line. Instead, it aims to develop an integrated portfolio of finishing materials, including ceramic and porcelain tiles, SPC flooring, interior decorative materials, and next-generation building materials.
According to Mr. Tuan, this strategy enables the company to serve a broader range of customer segments while expanding its participation in both domestic and international projects.
In addition to its nationwide distribution network across Vietnam, AMY GRUPO has established a strong international presence. Operating in more than 30 countries, the company reduces its dependence on any single market while benefiting from the ongoing restructuring of global supply chains.
This represents a particularly important competitive advantage as Vietnamese manufacturers continue to integrate more deeply into global value chains.
Growth Driven by ESG and Green Building Materials
One of the factors attracting investor attention is AMY GRUPO's well-structured and long-term commitment to sustainable development.
According to Mr. Dinh Quoc Tuan, the company's recent development strategy has focused on investing in advanced manufacturing technologies, improving production efficiency, and progressively meeting international sustainability standards.

He emphasized that as major export markets such as Europe and North America continue to tighten regulations regarding environmental protection, carbon emissions, and product traceability, companies that prepare early will enjoy significant competitive advantages. This is also a key consideration for many international investment funds seeking long-term investment opportunities.
Important IPO Timeline and Subscription Process
For first-time IPO investors, closely monitoring the offering schedule is essential.
According to the IPO timetable, AMY GRUPO will accept share subscription applications and collect deposits from July 9 through 4:00 PM on August 12, 2026.
Following the subscription period, the company will compile the results and allocate shares between August 13 and August 17, 2026. Distribution agents will notify investors of their allocated shares and any remaining payment obligations.
From August 17 until before 4:00 PM on August 24, 2026, investors must complete payment based on their confirmed allocations.
By the end of August 2026, AMY GRUPO is expected to submit the IPO results and complete the procedures required to obtain listing approval from the Stock Exchange.
Subsequently, the company will complete centralized share registration with the Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) and plans to list its shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HOSE) in early October 2026, accompanied by the official public announcement of its listing and trading commencement.

Outlook for AMY GRUPO After the IPO
According to Ms. Nguyen Thao Vy, investors evaluating a company prior to its IPO typically consider multiple factors simultaneously, including its industry position, production capacity, cash flow generation, growth potential, and long-term strategic direction.
Looking at the history of Vietnam's stock market, manufacturing companies with genuine competitive advantages, large-scale production facilities, strong export capabilities, and sustainable growth strategies have often delivered substantial long-term value to shareholders after listing.
Companies such as Binh Minh Plastics (BMP), Vicostone (VCS), and Phu Tai Corporation (PTB) experienced significant growth by leveraging their manufacturing capabilities, expanding into new markets, and continuously improving corporate governance.
AMY GRUPO shares many of these characteristics as it operates in the finishing materials industry, a sector with significant growth potential driven by the recovery of the real estate and construction markets as well as increasing demand for home renovation.
Beyond its solid manufacturing foundation and diversified product ecosystem, AMY GRUPO is positioned to benefit from three long-term growth drivers:
Growing demand for high-quality finishing materials.
Continued expansion into international export markets.
The accelerating adoption of green consumption, which is becoming a new standard within the construction industry.
These trends are expected to provide substantial growth opportunities for the company in the years ahead.
The combination of large-scale manufacturing capacity, a clearly defined ESG strategy, strong export capabilities, and a comprehensive finishing materials ecosystem creates a compelling long-term growth story for AMY GRUPO.
Beyond pursuing revenue and profit growth, the company also aims to implement a flexible dividend policy, balancing current shareholder returns with future capital appreciation.
At a time when there remains a limited supply of large-scale finishing materials companies listed on Vietnam's stock market, AMY GRUPO's IPO represents a noteworthy opportunity for investors seeking a combination of sustainable growth, tangible manufacturing capabilities, and a long-term development vision.
