AMY GRUPO Signs a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Hoa Binh Construction Group
On the morning of August 26, 2022, representatives of AMY GRUPO and Hoa Binh Construction Group held a meeting to exchange views and sign a strategic cooperation agreement between the two parties. This marks an important milestone, signifying a new stage of development for both sides in bringing their brands to a wider range of domestic projects and projects worldwide.
This is an important milestone for AMY GRUPO, marking a new phase of development in expanding its building materials brand to more projects both domestically and internationally. Through the signing, the parties leverage their existing strengths to coordinate and cooperate in order to enhance business capacity and build a core, sustainable value chain of leading enterprises for the communities involved.
Accordingly, AMY GRUPO is an industrial complex operating in the manufacturing and trading of building materials, offering high-end, environmentally friendly product lines along with premium services. Its complete building materials for professional customers - including ceramic tiles, SPC flooring, roofing tiles, and sanitary ware - are not only well-established in the domestic market but are also present in more than 20 countries worldwide across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. AMY GRUPO commits to delivering products to any location in the world where Hoa Binh Construction Group has project requirements.
Hoa Binh Construction Group - Vietnam’s Top 1 construction contractor - leads the construction market with a 35-year history, leaving a strong impression on clients through visionary leadership and dedication. The Group is constantly driven by strong ambition and energy to build a global stature, while developing, promoting, and affirming the capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises.
Hoa Binh Construction Group has expanded into the global construction market to affirm the capabilities of Vietnamese enterprises through projects such as LeYuan Residence, the DesaTwo project (Malaysia), and the GEMS project in Myanmar.
Speaking about the reason for cooperating with AMY GRUPO, Mr. Le Viet Hai - Chairman of Hoa Binh Construction Group - stated that after a period of thorough research and careful evaluation of AMY GRUPO’s products, he recognized their strong potential, especially the high-end ceramic tiles made from environmentally friendly materials, featuring a glossy and clean surface, meeting all criteria for quality, color, and design, and being particularly beneficial to users’ health.
AMY offers many product lines capable of purifying indoor air thanks to antibacterial negative ion generation technology, which releases negative ions to enhance quality of life and protect health. The presence of negative ion-generating materials within the tile glaze is permanent; therefore, the air-purifying capability of AMY tiles through negative ions is highly effective. This is a very promising product, and I believe it is a global trend that is gradually spreading to the Vietnamese market,” Mr. Hai emphasized.
At the signing ceremony, both parties expressed their desire to cooperate as leading enterprises in the industry, forming a strategic value chain and strengthening business capacity in order to build international competitiveness for Vietnam’s construction industry when participating in global projects.
This event is also a significant milestone, marking a breakthrough in AMY GRUPO’s development, expanding strategic cooperation with major and professional partners in the construction industry, and bringing the brand to more domestic and international projects.
