On December 20, 2024, AMY GRUPO made a strong impression at the Announcement & Honor Ceremony of the Top 50 Vietnam Trusted Consumer Products - Services 2024 and the Top 10 Most Impressive Trusted Consumer Products - Services 2024, as voted by consumers and organized by Vietnam Economic Times - VnEconomy. The program was attended by leaders of the Central Propaganda Department, the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Vietnam Banks Association, the Vietnam Retailers Association, the Vietnam Association for Science and Economics, along with economic experts, business representatives, and consumers.
The central theme of Vietnam Trusted Consumer 2024 is: Positive Brands – Sustainable Consumption. Accordingly, the evaluation and voting criteria focus on products and services that are proactive and adaptive to market changes, green and digital transformation, enhanced customer experience, and the assurance of sustainable and responsible business operations.
This award not only recognizes current achievements but also serves as a driving force for AMY GRUPO to continue innovating, creating products of outstanding quality, and spreading the spirit of responsible consumption. AMY GRUPO is proud to accompany domestic and international customers on the journey toward a sustainable future.
At the opening ceremony, journalist Dao Quang Binh, Editor-in-Chief, Secretary of Vietnam Economic Times - VnEconomy - Vietnam Economic Times, emphasized: “Enhancing customer experience must be placed at the top of sustainable and long-term business development strategies. This is both a reality from the market and a call from the Vietnam Trusted Consumer 2024 program. We hope that all of us will work together to improve the quality of customer service while promoting activities to protect consumer rights, for a sustainably developing retail market.”
Within the framework of Vietnam Trusted Consumer 2024, all products and services of enterprises that are manufacturing, trading, and distributing in Vietnam, and fully complying with Vietnamese laws, are eligible for voting. The voting council includes the Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Economic Times, industry economic experts, representatives of associations and sectors, market research experts, representatives of the Organizing Committee, and the Advisory Council, who jointly select the products and services worthy of being honored as Vietnam Trusted Consumer 2024.
In 2024, the Vietnam Trusted Consumer Program marks 18 years on its journey of building and developing a community that connects manufacturers, distributors of products and services, and Vietnamese consumers. The program recognizes and honors reputable, high-quality product and service brands that meet national and international standards, contribute to environmental protection and public health, and are trusted and chosen by consumers.
