EXPLORING THE “HEART” OF PRODUCTION AT AMY GRUPO

From the very moment they set foot in the AMY GRUPO factory, students from Hanoi Architectural University (HAU) were captivated by its modern scale and European-standard production technology. This is not only where drawings and models are brought to life, but also a space where smart materials are “brought to life” to create dynamic, sustainable, and highly aesthetic living environments.

The students had the opportunity to directly experience the production process, from raw material selection to processing and quality inspection. They could truly “see with their own eyes, hear with their own ears, and touch with their own hands” perfectly sharp ceramic tiles, feel the solid durability of SPC flooring, or admire the timeless beauty of glazed ceramic roof tiles. Curious questions such as “How can ceramic tiles be both beautiful and environmentally friendly?” or “Can SPC flooring be applied in outdoor spaces?” sparked lively discussions, reflecting the strong learning spirit and intense passion of young architects.

The highlight of the journey was a vibrant workshop themed “The Dynamics of Material Trends in the New Era.” The development of new and smart materials is not merely a technological advancement, but also a testament to how people redefine the relationship between living spaces, aesthetics, and emotional experiences.
