AMY GRUPO Spreads Love - Supporting a Humanitarian Home Renovation in Lap Thach
On the morning of April 3, AMY Industrial Joint Stock Company coordinated with Vinh Phuc Newspaper, the People’s Committee of Quang Son Commune (Lap Thach District), and Vinh Phuc No.1 Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company to present funding and materials to support the renovation of the house of war invalid Nguyen Van Phu in Trai Chuoi Hamlet, Quang Son Commune. The total value of the support included VND 110 million in cash and 100 m² of floor tiles, contributing to a more solid and decent home for Mr. Phu’s family. This meaningful activity was part of a series of events marking the 100th anniversary of the Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2025), while also responding to the emulation movement “Vinh Phuc joins hands to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025”.
Mr. Nguyen Van Phu’s family, a level 4/4 war invalid household, is classified as a disadvantaged family in Trai Chuoi Hamlet. The house in which the family has been living was built many years ago and has now severely deteriorated, greatly affecting their daily life. Through the introduction of the People’s Committee of Quang Son Commune - the place where the first issue of Vinh Phuc Newspaper was published - the leadership of Vinh Phuc Newspaper conducted an on-site survey and decided to call for support from socialized resources, among which AMY Industrial Joint Stock Company proudly stands as one of the most active accompanying units.
As an enterprise that consistently emphasizes social responsibility, AMY Industrial Joint Stock Company did not hesitate to join hands with Vinh Phuc Newspaper, Vinh Phuc No.1 Water Supply and Drainage Joint Stock Company, and the People’s Committee of Quang Son Commune to mobilize resources, including VND 110 million and essential construction materials such as 100 m² of floor tiles. This support not only helps Mr. Phu’s family renovate their home but also demonstrates the spirit of “the fortunate supporting the less fortunate” that AMY always upholds in its community activities.

At the support handover ceremony, Editor-in-Chief of Vinh Phuc Newspaper Hoang Thi Nhung sent words of encouragement to war invalid Nguyen Van Phu, expressing her hope that the construction would be completed soon so that the family could enjoy a more stable life. A representative of AMY Industrial Joint Stock Company also affirmed the honor of contributing to this humanitarian activity and reaffirmed the company’s commitment to continuing to accompany meaningful charitable programs across the province.
The construction and renovation of humanitarian houses has long been one of the annual programs of AMY Industrial Joint Stock Company. Through these efforts, the company not only spreads profound humanitarian values but also reinforces its corporate social responsibility in joining hands to build an increasingly better community.
