On August 03, 2023, at GEM Center, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, AMY GRUPO was honored by Best Companies To Work For In Asia 2023 - Best Places to Work in Asia 2023 - and the special category Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards 2023, as voted by HR Asia Magazine - the leading human resources magazine in the region.
HR Asia Awards - the Asian Human Resources Awards - is a prestigious award organized annually by HR Asia Magazine based on stringent evaluation criteria regarding working environment, policies, employee satisfaction, and more, to honor outstanding enterprises in this field.
“Best Places to Work in Asia” is the most prestigious award in the human resources sector at the continental level that any enterprise aspires to achieve. To be recognized as a “Best Place to Work in Asia,” companies must undergo a rigorous selection process conducted by a panel of senior HR professionals across various industries.

To ensure objectivity in the evaluation scores, the Award Organizing Committee collected assessments from randomly selected employees within participating companies through the Total Engagement Assessment Model - TEAM, developed based on the Employee Input Survey - EIS, which includes three main criteria: CORE, SELF, and GROUP. In addition, the Organizing Committee also conducted direct interviews with representatives of each company’s leadership regarding business models, development orientations, and human resources policies.
The survey and interview results served as the basis for the Organizing Committee to score, evaluate, and honor outstanding enterprises that met the award’s criteria, contributing to elevating corporate value and real impact.
After undergoing an objective total engagement assessment along with stringent measurement criteria, AMY GRUPO was honored as “Best Places to Work in Asia 2023” and received the special category - “HR Asia Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Awards.”
