AMY GRUPO is honored for the second consecutive time at the Best Places to Work in Asia Awards 2024
On the afternoon of August 08, 2024, at the GEM Center, Ho Chi Minh City, AMY GRUPO once again affirmed its position by being honored at the “Best Places to Work in Asia 2024” Awards, as voted by HR Asia, the leading human resources magazine in the region.
This marks the second consecutive year that AMY GRUPO has received this prestigious award. “HR Asia Awards - Best Places to Work in Asia” is an internationally recognized and highly influential award across the region. During the selection process, HR Asia Magazine surveyed more than 704 companies and 53,250 employees in Vietnam to identify the most outstanding working environments.
For the second consecutive year, AMY GRUPO receives this prestigious award
This year, AMY GRUPO successfully passed the organizer’s rigorous assessment process, achieving impressive scores: the Group score (collective thoughts, emotions, and actions) reached 4.68/5; the Self score (individual emotions and perceptions) reached 4.68/5; and the Core score (human resource organization) reached 4.56/5. All of these results far exceeded the average levels of other enterprises.
