Job Description
Order Development and Management:

Receive sample testing requests from customers.

Transfer all information, including sample testing requests and customer codes, to the Sales Account Coordinator for sample processing.

Track information and progress from the Sales Account Coordinator and update customers accordingly.

Develop the export market based on company resources and customer demand; search for, evaluate, negotiate with, and propose suitable international distributors.

For small and medium-sized customers: The Sales Account Manager is responsible for finding and developing potential customers and reporting to the Head of Sales.

Compile customer information, including customer profiles, contracts, agreements between both parties, product standards, and agreed-upon packaging requirements.

For existing customers: Provide customer care, follow up on orders, and manage related tasks.

Promote orders and drive sales of AMGRES collections to achieve the targets set by the Head of Sales.

Receive order proposals and pricing requests from customers and submit them to the Head of Sales.

Handle customer feedback and propose solutions for resolving complaints and issues.

Process export documentation and procedures.

Maintain customer relationships.

Report to the Head of Sales.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably from Business or Economics universities.

Proficient in English communication.

No experience required.

Strong communication skills, well-presented appearance.

Preferably young candidates aged 22-27.
