AMYGRES SPC flooring is mainly composed of stone powder, virgin resin, high-molecular polymer plastic, and reinforced carbon, making it virtually waterproof, with low expansion rates and the ability to withstand water exposure for many hours, ensuring long-term safety for users.

The modern Uniclick and I4F locking technologies allow the planks to connect tightly, creating seamless joints that minimize water penetration through the gaps. Indirectly, it also prevents water absorption thanks to its high resistance to abrasion and scratches. With abrasion resistance standards of AC3 and AC5, you can be completely confident in the durability and longevity of SPC flooring.

The balancing layer helps create a flat surface, stabilize product quality, and prevent water and moisture intrusion from below, effectively resisting deformation.

Leading Scale and Technology

In Vietnam, SPC flooring is still relatively new and is being pioneered, researched, and applied by investors and architects of major international projects in the country. As an inevitable trend, SPC flooring will shape a premium consumer trend for surface applications in modern construction projects across Vietnam. AMYGRES is one of the pioneering technology companies developing SPC flooring manufactured in Vietnam for global markets.

SPC smart flooring is a composite material made from high-molecular polymers, limestone powder, and stabilizing adhesives in an optimal standard ratio. All these components are formed under a temperature of 200°C and a high pressure of 400 kg/cm².

Each SPC flooring product consists of five layers. On top is the UV layer, which prevents the effects of ultraviolet rays, keeping the wood grain colors stable throughout the product’s lifetime. Next is the scratch- and stain-resistant coating, which enhances durability and recreates a realistic 3D wood grain texture. The third is the digital film layer, which provides natural and authentic surface patterns such as wood or stone.

The fourth layer is the SPC stone-composite core, with a thickness ranging from 3.2mm to 7mm, made from high-molecular polymers and limestone powder. This layer has high physical and mechanical strength, making the planks sturdy, waterproof, termite-resistant, and fire-retardant. The four edges of this core layer are designed with a locking system to ensure a perfect fit between panels during installation.

At the bottom is the base layer, which helps with sound insulation, supports the subfloor, and provides a comfortable, cushioned feeling when walking on the surface.

The AMYGRES SPC factory is equipped with 18 production lines with a total capacity of 15 million square meters per year. The production lines are fully imported and highly automated. Raw materials are selected based on European-transferred formulations. We carefully research and partner with reputable domestic and international suppliers to strictly comply with American and European standards.
