The Manwah Timberland Factory project is developed on a 40,000 m² site, with a total construction floor area of nearly 250,000 m², consisting of 8 building blocks and 1 basement level. In the future, this facility will serve as a manufacturing and distribution hub for premium furniture products, catering to both domestic and international projects.
